Mournies, between mountains and sea...

The village square with a bakery, mini-market, butcher, and cafés can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The bus stop directly at the village square offers a fast connection to the center of Chania in about 12 minutes.

Chania is one of the most beautiful cities on the Greek island of Crete and has numerous tourist attractions.  The old town of Chania with its narrow streets and Venetian buildings invites you to stroll and is home to many restaurants, taverns, bars and shops.  The beautiful harbor promenade of the old Venetian harbor with the lighthouse is another highlight and offers a breathtaking view of the sea.  There are many beaches in the area, including the famous Elafonisi Beach and Falassarna Beach.  Chania is an ideal place for a combination of culture and relaxation.
